Frank's culinary journey began with a strong foundation:

  • Professional Training in serving, wine, and chef education at renowned establishments like Den Gyldne Fortun/Fiskekælderen and the Michelin-starred La Cocotte.

A Career Built on Excellence

From his early days in Michelin-starred kitchens like Søllerød Kro and La Cocotte, Frank quickly established himself as a leader in the culinary world. As owner and Executive Chef of Krogs Fiskerestaurant (1994-2004), he transformed it into one of the best Nordic fish restaurants, laying the groundwork for the New Nordic Kitchen movement. Many chefs from his team have gone on to earn Copenhagen's Michelin stars.

Frank Lantz established Lantz Catering as a trusted partner for some of Denmark’s largest companies, delivering high-quality culinary experiences for over 1,000 events ranging from 300 to 8,000 guests. As a testament to its excellence, Lantz Catering became a long-standing supplier to The Royal Danish Court and was entrusted with prestigious assignments, including a special event for German President Johannes Rau.

Launched Lantz Innovation
Frank Lantz founded Lantz Innovation as a hub for creativity and forward-thinking in the food industry. Specializing in concept development, food innovation, and tailored solutions, the company has become a trusted partner for leading brands such as SAS, Coop, and 7-Eleven.
